Refund policy

1. What you can buy

IFM is free to play. The only purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal: IFM PRO (per season or per year) and private games (per season). They are activated instantly inside the game.

2. 14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied, we will refund the full amount if you ask within 14 calendar days of the purchase. No reason needed.

3. After 14 days

After that period we only refund if the problem is on our side: a duplicate charge, a payment that did not activate the purchase, or a paid feature that did not work and we could not fix.

4. How to request it

Email info@internetfutbolmanager.com from your account's address, stating the purchase (date and amount, or the receipt number). We reply within 3 business days. The money goes back to the same payment method; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.

You can also ask Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited) directly, since they are the seller who charges you, using the link in the receipt they email you.

5. What happens to a refunded purchase

Once refunded, the purchase is no longer active: IFM PRO is removed or the private game is closed. Your account and your team in the main game are not affected.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because digital content is delivered immediately, the law allows the right of withdrawal to be lost once you start using it. Even so, this policy gives you 14 days to ask for a refund anyway.
