Internet Fútbol Manager (IFM) is an online football management simulator. It offers a free-to-play main game and optional one-time paid features (IFM PRO and private games), whose payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as Merchant of Record for those sales.

3. Intellectual property

The site's own content (text, design, source code, game engine, logos) belongs to the owner or is used under the corresponding licenses. Its full or partial reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.

User-generated content — team names, uploaded or designed crests, messages, and any other content users may publish in the future (e.g. comments or forums) — is the sole responsibility of whoever publishes it. The owner is not responsible for its legality, accuracy, originality or suitability, and does not review such content before it is published.

IFM's clubs, players and competitions are fictional. IFM is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any real club, league, federation, competition or person, and any similarity in names is coincidental or the result of changes made by users.

4. Limitation of liability

The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the site or the absence of errors in its content or in the game simulation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is exempt from liability for damages arising from the use of the site.

Regarding user-generated content, the owner acts as a hosting service provider under article 16 LSSI-CE and assumes no liability for such content unless, upon obtaining actual knowledge of its unlawfulness, it fails to act diligently to remove it. If you believe content published by a user (crest, name, comment or other) infringes your rights or the law, you can report it via the contact form or by writing to info@internetfutbolmanager.com, indicating the specific content and the reason. We will remove it diligently after verifying it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the parties submit to the competent Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
